Instructions to Use

• Wet Batter:: Mix 160g of DAKI Crispy Chicken Frying Flour with 240ml of water, stirring well to create a smooth wet batter.
• Dry Batter:: Use the remaining 240g of flour as dry batter for coating.

2. Coat the Chicken

• Steam the chicken for about 5-7 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces.
• Dip the chicken pieces into the wet batter.
• Then, coat the chicken with the dry batter, gently pressing to ensure even coverage, and shake off any excess flour.

3. Fry the Chicken

• Fry the chicken at a temperature of 170°C – 175°C until golden, crispy, and fragrant.
